Why a manifesto? We believe in operating under guiding principles as an organization because having a collective ethos encourages the exploration of solutions to problems from a variety of perspectives with unity towards the ultimate goal.

Our manifesto can be described in one word: simplicity.

We’ve been around the block a few times and have worked in many environments. Some companies are like tank battalions, complete with heavy equipment, blustering generals and lots of paperwork.

We prefer to work like Special Ops units. We favor small teams, live simply, travel light, move quickly, live off the land and believe that the simplest solution to the problem at hand is usually the best solution.

Along the way, we’ve been inspired by the manifestos of others. As we find more, we will continue to post them here.
